At Zenystore, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time ranges from 5 to 10 business days for most locations across India, while remote areas may take up to 12 to 15 days. We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe delivery of your products.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small additional fee of ₹50 to ₹100 may apply, depending on your location and order value. Tracking details are shared via email or SMS as soon as the order is shipped, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please note that Zenystore follows a dropshipping model, which means some items may be shipped directly from our supplier warehouses, either within India or from international partners. As a result, certain orders may arrive in multiple packages or experience slight delays due to third-party logistics or customs clearance.

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, Zenystore cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
